Function:
Ground and unground potash is filled into 25 kg valve bags using a high-performance
air packer.
Following their discharge, the filled bags are automatically labelled by an inkjet printer,
levelled by a bag former and stacked onto pallets by a palletising robot.
The stacked pallet is equipped with a top sheet and wrapped in stretch film
in the downstream stretch wrapping unit.
The finished pallet passes a security light barrier and can then be removed.
