Coating Plant



Function:

 Granules are conveyed from production to the system pneumatically. The product is separated in a cyclone and drops into the selected container scales via a product switch.

Once the value to be dosed has been achieved, the switch switches to further container scales. In the meantime, the first scales are emptied into the mixing plant located below it.

Once the mixer has been filled, liquid and powdery components are added in a weight-dependent manner.

After the end of the mixing time, the mixer is emptied into the lower bin and the finished product is removed.
